METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a mold, by forming a plurality of cavities between each fixed mold and movable mold with displacing plural movable molds encountering a plurality of fixed molds simultaneously or in time series. CONSTITUTION:A movable mold 120a is abutted against a fixed mold 88a through a cylinder rod 128a by the pressurizing force of an actuator 130a to G direction, and a movable mold 120b is abutted against a fixed mold 88b by the pressurizing force of an actuator 130b to F direction. Additionally by driving actuators 140a, 140b, displacing force to D direction occurs at engagement members 132a, 132b. Then as the engagement member 142 of a molding apparatus 50 is pressurized with an actuator to E direction, there are pressurized the movable mold 120a to G direction and the movable mold 120b to F direction respectively. After this mold closing, a molten resin is pressed into through a nozzle spot 150 to fill cavities 122a, 122b, and solidified. There with the molding apparatus can be formed in miniturized shape when flat moldings is prepared.
