Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce a uniform, excellent product independently of properties of solution and quantity of flow rate, by successively connecting a pump, a gas-liquid dispersion blender, a dasher and a static blender by pipings and contriving the agitator shape of the dasher. CONSTITUTION:A pump 3, a gas-liquid dispersion blender 5, a dasher 7 and a static blender 11 are successively connected by pipings. The dasher 7 is constructed by setting an agitation shaft having frame levers 25-27 consisting of wire on a shaft lever 21 and a blade 28 in a given width on the shaft lever 21 near the outlet of solution in a cylindrical tank. Consequently, an excellent, uniform product can be continuously produced independently of properties of raw material solution and quantity to be treated. When the gas-liquid dispersion blended is vertically set, there is a few air vents. Further, when the static blender is connected to a zigzag piping 12 in series, proper back pressure is applied and better result can be obtained.
