Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To supply a bias from one side by respectively connecting bias circuits to two diode attenuator circuits and using 90 deg. electric power equally dividing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A bias circuit 13 composed of an inductor L and by-pass capacitor C is added to one input terminal connected with a resistance of 50OMEGA of the two input terminals of a 90 deg. hybrid 2 on the input side and the bias circuit 13 is connected with a bias supplying terminal 9. No bias is supplied to another bias circuit 12, but the bias circuit 12 is equivalent to a bias circuit 11 in impedance. Since diode attenuator circuits 3 and 4 are maintained at the same characteristics as a result of the above-mentioned constitution, excellent impedance and transmission characteristics which are the feature of balanced type diode attenuators do not change as compared with conventional ones.
