Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain various kinds of transformed yeast, by integrating various genes into a shuttle vector carrying an inhibitory acidic phosphatase promotor besides a yeast gene and an Escherichia coli under control of the phosphatase promotor. CONSTITUTION:A recombinant plasmid carrying a yeast gene, an Escherichia coli gene and an inhibitory acidic phosphatase phenotypic expression control range of yeast is treated with exonuclease BAL31, so structural gene of the acidic phosphate and part up to a given site of the structural gene are removed.
