PRODUCTION INSTRUCTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of progress of entire production by delivering production sharing instructions to machining lines in accordance with the production capacities of the machining lines, and by controlling the machining order of each machining line in accordance with the delivered production sharing instruction. CONSTITUTION:A control section 40 receives data of kinds of semiproducts having passed through one process 22 in an assembling line A from an inspecting means 30, and also receives data of passed bumpers from a machined part data detecting means 32 and date of part products from a part product data detecting means 34. Further, these data are stored in the order of their inputs, and when the amount of stored data of kinds of passed vehicles reaches a preset value, working instructing data in accordance with the capacities of production are prepared in a bumper painting main line M and a bumper painting subline S, and are delivered as production sharing instructions to working instructing devices 36, 38 for the main line and the subline. Accordingly, it is possible to greatly reduce man-hours necessary for changing the order of machining and to reduce the intermediate stock volume, thereby it is possible to average the production by the machining lines.
