SUBSTITUTED 1, 1, 2-TRIPHENYLBUT-1-ENE, ITS PRODUCTION AND ANTI-TUMOR AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME

Tumour-inhibiting 1,1,2-triphenylbut-1-enes of the formula in which the radicals R1, R2 and R3 are identical or different and denote hydrogen or the group OR4, and R4 denotes a C3-C6-alkenoyl group, a carbamoyl group, a carbamoyl group which contains one or two beta -chloroethyl radicals or beta -bromoethyl radicals, or a C2-C6-alkanoyl group which contains a halogen atom, and R5 represents a C1-C6-alkyl group, where at least one of the radicals R1, R2 or R3 is not a hydrogen atom, and in which one or two of the radicals R1, R2 and R3 can also be a hydroxyl group, the group -OPO(OH)2, a C2-C6-alkanoyloxy group which optionally contains a carboxyl group, or a 2-(di-C1-C4- alkylamino)ethoxy group if one or two of these radicals represent the carbamoyloxy group or a carbamoyloxy group which contains one or two beta -chloroethyl radicals or beta -bromoethyl radicals, and process for their preparation.
