PURPOSE:To enable film perforations to be cleaned semi-forcibly by arranging a washer tank filled with a cleaning liquid on a film winding side and rotating a washer roller consisting of plural blades set at angles with the center of a shaft in said tank. CONSTITUTION:Film 2 pulled out of a feeder roller 4 by driving a takeup roller 5 passes through an ink-filled ink tank 3 after being printed on a thermal head 1, advances through a cleaning liquid in a washer tank 6 and is taken up by a takeup roller 5. Then the film rotates a washer roller 7 in the cleaning liquid during its passage through the washer tank 6. At that time, the film 2 is protected against a scratch while being wound around the washer roller 7, because its blades 7c are mounted at angles with the center of a shaft. When the washer roller 7 rotates, the perforations of the film 2 allow cleaning liquid to pass semi-forcibly.
