Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To securely wind and to improve a reliability of a continuous taking-up equipment by taking-up a sheet with one take-up reel while guiding it with another take-up reel to cut it upstream the taking-up equipment, then guiding its top end to said take-up reel used as the guide to take-up. CONSTITUTION:The take-up reel 4a is loosened to work as the feed guide and the sheet 6 is taken up by the take-up reel 4b. When a coil 6' is taken up to a required thickness, a belt lapper 14 and an upper guide 11 are moved to a position of a virtual line by a cylinder 16, then the sheet 6 is cut by a traveling shearing machine 9. Then as guided with guides 10, 11, the cut top end is firmly wound on the take-up reel 4a rotated by the belt lapper 14 to start the taking-up. Here, the coil 6 is taken out by a coil detaching apparatus 24 and the belt lapper 14, the guide 11 and the guide plate 17 are saved, a rotative frame 3 is reversed and the take-up reel 4b is used for a feeding guide to take-up.
