ROLLER CHANGING DEVICE OF GRANULAR BRIQUETTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To execute quickly and easily a changing and rearranging operation of a forming roller by integrating a running mechanism consisting of a roller and a rail, into a roller supporting assembly body, so that the forming roller can be moved in its axial direction. CONSTITUTION:When changing and rearranging the forming rollers 5, 6, a detaining flange 28 is made free by releasing a connection of a shaft 22 and a driving part 3, and detaching a clamp 29. A rearranging rail 24 is joined to a roller 27 of a roller attachment 23 by adjusting screws 25, 26, and the total weight of a roller supporting body 17 and the forming rollers 5, 6 is bore on the rearranging rail 24. Subsequently, the forming rollers 5, 6 are drawn out in its axial direction C by holding suitably one end of the shaft 22. In this way, the roller changing and rearranging work can be executed exactly and stably. In this regard, when taking out the forming rollers 5, 6 in the direction vertical to the shaft, it is executed by drawing out the roller 5 by detaching a supporting member 19 together with a block frame 18, detaching the block frame 18 by detaching a bolt 20, and drawing out the roller 6.
