AUTOMATIC BREAD CRUMB APPLICATION APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CIRCULATING BREAD CRUMB

PURPOSE:To automate the application and fixing treatment of bread crumb to a food and to save labor of the process, by placing a bread crumb bed supplying means, a positioning means, a food supplying means, a bread crumb scattering means and a fixing means on a main conveyer and placing a means for separating bread crumb from a food at the other end of the main conveyer. CONSTITUTION:The objective automatic bread crumb application apparatus is composed of a bread crumb bed supplying means 3 to form a bread crumb bed having a specific thickness on a main conveyer 1, a positioning means 4 to preset the placing position of a liquid-coated food on the bread crumb bed, a food supplying means 5 to supply a food to the position set in the positioning means 4, a bread crumb scattering means 6 to scatter bread crumb on the food supplied by the food supplying means 5, a holding means 7 to wrap and press the food scattered with bread crumb with the bread crumb scattering means 6 together with the bread crumb in the bread crumb bed and scattered by the bread crumb scattering means at the same time from outer circumference and a separation means 31 to separate a food coated with bread crumb by the holding means 7 from the remaining uncoated bread crumb to obtain a frying food coated with bread crumb.
