Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the windings of a rotary electric machine which are excellent in dielectric breakdown characteristic and mechanical fatigue characteristic, by organizing an insulating layer with the collected mica of a large aspect ratio. CONSTITUTION:The insulating layer of a coil is organized with mica scales 11, and impregnation resin 9 between the mica scales 11. The aspect ratio of the mica scales 11 is set to be 1:300-1:400. By this organization, dielectric breakdown voltage per unit is improved, the insulation thickness can be made thinner.
