Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten time taken for exchanging inner and outer air by constitutionally increasing the air exchanging amount in a compartment for a predetermined time when a inner and outer changing-over means is changed over to outer air introduction. CONSTITUTION:A change-over control circuit 20 generates the change-over signal according to the outer air pollution degree detected by an outer air sensor 10 to drive an inner and outer air change-over mechanism 40 through a servo mechanism 30. Then, when the inner air change-over signal from said circuit 20 disappears, a timer 50 generates the timer signal to generate the control signal from a rotational speed controlling circuit 60 and the rotational speed of a blower motor M is increased by a predetermined time proportional to time in which the inner air change-over signal disappearing from said circuit 20 is generated. By this constitution can be shortened the outer air exchanging time.
