ORDERLY ALIGNING FEEDING DEVICE FOR SAMPLE AND TESTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To automatically and continuously align samples in a good order for feed and control inspection of the sample, by a method wherein support stays are pressed against the four corners of sampled accumulated on a sample feeding table for orderly alignment, and the samples are taken out one by one to press the sample against a tester. CONSTITUTION:An orderly aligning device 10 for sample is placed in a manner to surround a test piece 80. A ;air of bases 14 and 15, positioned facing each other, are disposed on a bottom base plate 12, and with a handle 13 turned, a screw rod 26 is rotated, and a distance between the two bases is regulated by means of reverse screws threaded in both sides of the screw rod. Support members 16 and 17 are placed on the base 14, and with a handle 30 rotated, a distance between the two members is regulated. A distance between support members 18 and 19 is also regulated in a similar manner described above by means of a handle 31. L-shaped stoppers 21-24 are secured to the support member 16-19 to guide the four corners of the test piece 80. Since a mounting tool and the arm of a robot can enter the central parts of the four support stays, automation can be facilitated.
