Zusammenfassung:The transducer arrangement according to the invention can be used in microelectronics, optoelectronics and sensor technology. The object of the invention is to provide a wavelength-selective optoelectronic transducer arrangement in which the individual optoelectronic transducer elements of the arrangement each work within a defined wavelength region which can be accurately set during the manufacturing process. The object of the invention is achieved by the wavelength-selective transducer arrangement consisting of optoelectronic transducer elements fabricated by known methods, and an absorption layer situated thereabove or therebelow and consisting of an amorphous solids mixture having an adjustable absorption coefficient, preferably a mixture of silicon and hydrogen or silicon and halogen, and by the presence in the absorption layer above or below the optoelectronic transducer elements of regions which each have different wavelength-dependent absorption coefficients.
