METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRON TUBE PART

PURPOSE:To form an electron tube pat having a complicate shape with good accuracy and low cost by dividing a pat having desired shape into a plurality of parts, and carrying out powder molding in respect to each part, and integrating each part by true-burning after assembling them. CONSTITUTION:When forming an electronic part such as an electrode etc. used within an electron tube such as a cathode ray tube etc., a part having desired shape is divided into two parts of a first part and a second part at the central portion, and powder molding is carried out in respect to each part, and provi sional burning is carried out, and next assembly is carried out to fit the convex portion of one part to the concave portion of the other part, and the fitting portions are mutually method to integrate them by heat-treating both parts 1, 2 and true-burning them. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a highly accuracy and low cost by means of powder metallurgy method without necessi tating a process of cutting.
