Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure the well-balanced use of storage areas by storing a program for processing of a processing circuit and also storing the data necessary for execution of the program and the arithmetic results to the rest storage areas. CONSTITUTION:A ROM3 and a RAM4 are provided to a data input/output terminal unit 1 in terms of a CPU2. The ROM3 stores the information necessary for loading an initial program. While the RAM4 contains a fixed area where the conditions related to an application program are stored, a variable area where the application program is stored and an area where the input/output data is stored. Then said variable area is divided into an area when the application program is stored according to the length of said program and an area where the input/output data is stored.
