Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To form a compact and thin battery that does not require any special charge source and that can be used semipermanently and then can simply be mounted on apparatuses by integratedly configuring a secondary battery that uses lithium as the negative electrode active material with a solar battery. CONSTITUTION:An insulating coating made of such as polyimide resin is provided at the one-sided circumferential line of a metal plate 1 made of stainless steel of 100mu in thickness and an amorphous silicon solar battery of 10mmX15mm in size consisting of an N layer 2, I layer 3, and P layer 4 on the coating by the vacuum evaporation method and then lithium metal or lithium alloy 5 that forms a negative pole active material is welded on the reverse side of the plate 1. Then, a resin separator 6 is overlapped on it and an organic electrolytic solution is added to the separator 6. Subsequently, an active carbon positive electrode of 0.5mm in thickness is overlapped and is sealed by a stainless case 8 that forms a positive electrode terminal with excellent resistance to corrosion and then a sealing section 9 is sealed with an insulating adhesive agent or a gasket.
