Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide possibility of improving controllability of shift by fixing a shaft holder as to cover a reduction ring gear and supporting a fork shaft by the shaft holder so that the freedom of the fork shaft may be increased in view of positional arrangement. CONSTITUTION:The first fork shaft 116 is supported by the overhang portion 117 of a shaft holder 115 to be fixed a clutch case 32 and the overhang portion 117 edxends foward front wheel driving differential gear unit so as to cover a partial circumference of a reduction ring gear. Accordingly, the positional freedom of the first fork shaft 116b is increased by attaching the shaft holder 115 to the clutch case 32. Then, the position of the first fork shaft 116 can be selected upon consideration of lateral balance of the rigidity of first second speed switching shift fork 98, thus controllability of shift can be improved.
