Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a human monoclonal antibody to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, by transforming a cell capable of producing human monoclonal antibody to Pseudomonas aeruginosa with EBV and culturing the transformed strain. CONSTITUTION:Normal human lymphocyte cell is immunized in vitro with the cell or treated cell of Pseudomonas aeruginosa of desired type to obtain a cell capable of producing human monoclonal antibody specific to the Pseudomonas aeruginosa of said type. The cell is transformed with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) to obtain a subculturable cell strain capable of producing said antibody to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The strain is cultured and the objective monoclonal antibody is separated from the cultured product. Since the transformation takes place in high frequency, the antibody-producing cell strain can be prepared in extremely high efficiency.
