Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of reproduction output against track deviation between the time of recording and reproducing by forming an annular magnetic path provided with two thin magnetic films of different track width, making the width recording when recording and making narrow width reproduction when reproducing. CONSTITUTION:When recording, magnetomotive force is applied to make magnetic flux appear in the same direction to a recording medium 20 in both of two thin magnetic films 21, 22 by a winding 25W for recording wound on outer periphery of the base of a ring core 23 to become action of single magnetic pole head. In the case where the recording medium 20 moves to the right, a point of the recording medium 20 is in fluenced finally, and wide width recording is made by a magnetic field generated at the tip, point A, of the wide width thin magnetic film 21 in which magnetization remains. On the other hand, when reproducing, wire is wound on the feet 27a, 27b through a hole 26 of the ring core 23 to use it as a winding 25R for reproduction. Magnetic flux excited at a gap G part from the recording medium 20 is passed through the annular magnetic path 24, and detected and reproduced. As a narrow width thin magnetic film 22 determines the track width of the gap G, the narrow width reproduction is effected. |
