Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To set easily and freely an oscillating frequency of an oscillator with an optical unit by impressing directly an optical signal to a semiconductor for oscillation in an oscillation circuit using the semiconductor as a time constant element of an oscillated electric pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:A collector of a phototransistor (TR)4 is connected to the output of a coupling transformer 2 and the input of the transformer 2 is connected to a base of the TR4 via a capacitor 5 to form an optical controlled oscillator 1. An electric pulse signal in response to ON/OFF of the optical signal is extracted from the output of the transformer 2 by turning on/off the optical signal to the TR4. That is, the TR4 acts like a time constant setting element for the electric pulse signal and the electric pulse signal whose frequency is changed corresponding to the luminous amount change to the TR4 is extracted from the oscillator 1. Thus, the oscillating frequency of the oscillator is set freely and easily by the optical input. |
