Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To produce an optical disk having excellent light-transmission characteristics, low hygroscopicity, and high heat-resistance and hardness, and free from birefringence, by applying a memorizing functional film on a transparent substrate made of a cured product consisting of an epoxy resin, an organic Al complex and a specific organic silicon compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective disk is produced by forming a memorizing functional film on a transparent substrate plate made of a cured resin composition composed of (A) an epoxy resin, (B) an organic aluminum complex and (C) an organic silicon compound having a silanol hydroxyl group or forming a silanol hydroxyl group with heat or irradiation of light. The epoxy resin is preferably the one having unsaturated group such as vinyl group. The organic aluminum complex is e.g. trismethoxyaluminum, and its amount is 0.001-10% based on the epoxy compound. The organic silicon compound is e.g. diphenylsilanediol, 1,8-dihydroxy-1,8-dimethyl-1,8-diphenyldisiloxane, etc., and its amount is 0.1-20%.
