Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting/dismounting of spare tire by inclining a hold bar supporting the spare tire against the ground face in step. CONSTITUTION:In order to lower a spare tire 6, a hold bar 10 is rotated while main stay 20 is developed to ground the tip section. The hold bar 10 is supported in horizontal to roll the spare tire 6 from a mounting table 5 and move to the tip section of hold bar 10. At this position, rolling is limited by a stopper. Then main stay 20 is rotated while simultaneously sub stay 21 is rotated to support the hold bar 10 on the grounding face 13 through the sub stay 21. Thereafter, the sub stay 21 is rotated in containing direction to ground the tip section of hold bar 10 and to remove the spare tire 6.
