Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the titled device from generation of sharp frequency characteristic change even under a severe humidity condition by coating a sound pressure transmitting part opposed to a vibration film with a water-repellent material. CONSTITUTION:An opening part 10a as the sound pressure transmitting part opposed to the vibration film 2 of a metallic case 10 is coated with the water- repellent material 11. Therefore, the electroacoustic transducer having high humidity and temperature resistance can be obtained without the use of an expensive metallic foil as the material of the film 2 and the superposition of a moisture-relaxing film to a moisture-contractive film.
