Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To change easily an interlock condition by using a programmable memory for a latching circuit, and inserting a noise eliminating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A latching circuit is constituted so that an output from a programmable memory, for instance, a read-only memory 10 can be fed back to its input through a noise eliminating circuit 20. Therefore, a memory function is added, and an interlock condition can be changed easily. In this regard, it is also available to add a gate circuit into a feedback loop, and it is also available that this circuit is constituted so that plural signals are fed back.
