Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling steps and to reduce the number of pats by forming upper and lower cases of synthetic resin, and electrically contacting a generator mechanism and a tiltable mechanism in the upper and lower cases, thereby simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION:A half body 7 for mounting therein a generator mechanism 2 coupled with a neck 6 for transmitting a rotary force from a bicycle side and the other body 8 for mounting therein a tiltable mechanism 3 are integrated to form an upper case 4. A lower case 5 for closing the lower hole of the case 4 is provided. The case 4, 5 are formed of synthetic resin, a conductive plate 21 is provided between the body 7 and the other boy 8 of the case 4, and electri cally connected with the mechanism 3 connected with the mechanism 2 and the bicycle body. Thus, the case can be readily assembled.
