Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten an etching time and to achieve the shortening of process and the reduction of manufacturing cost by roughening the surface of an Al or Al ally sheet into a specific roughness. CONSTITUTION:The maximum surface roughness of a sheet is regulated to >=2mum within one inch length in the direction parallel or perpendicular to the rolling direction, by rolling the sheet with the aids of surface-roughened rolling rolls. Further, the surface roughness is regulated so that the number of crests M or roots V, having each a >=25mu inch height or depth, are >=30 within one inch.
