PURPOSE:To make the synchronous coupling between a picture and sound possible by controlling the delay of a sound signal corresponding to the delay time of a video signal as to the multiple synchronous coupling of TV signals. CONSTITUTION:An input video signal is supplied to video synchronous coupler 10, where it is written to the memory equivalent to a fixed address having constant relation to a synchronizing signal and read out from the address equivalent to the synchronizing signal of a base station. The pieces of address information as to the reading and wirting from and to unit 10 are supplied to phase-difference detector 14 via lines 12 and 13, an output signal equivalent to the time from writing to reading at the same address is supplied to delay control circuit 34 and converted into a DC signal to be supplied to variable delay circuit 36, and a sound signal from terminal 37 is outputted after being delayed corresponding the DC signal.
