PURPOSE:To make a picture coincide with a sound by controlling the delay time of a sound signal, by superposing delay-time information upon the video signal during the multiple synchronous coupling of TV signals. CONSTITUTION:Input video signals are sequentially supplied to video synchonous couplers 11a to 11c, where they are delayed through respective signal processes corresponding to synchronous phase ralations between an input and output, and respective delay information signals are outputted from corresponding processors 12a to 12c and superposed upon video signals. Therefore, the video signal, on which a delay information signal equivalent to the sum of delay times has been superposed, is outputted to video output terminal 20. This output signal is supplied to sound delay unit 21 to extract a delay information signal, by which the delay time of the sound signal inputted to unit 21 is controlled, thereby deriving the sound signal, which coincides with the output video signal, to terminal 25.
