PIEZOELECTRIC PORCELAIN RESONATOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a piezoelectric porcelain resonator with simple structure without open defects by forming the 1st electrode from one end of the 1st face up to the vicinity of the other end in both faces of a piezoelectric porcelain plate and forming the 2nd electrode from the other end of the 2nd face up to the vicinity of one end. CONSTITUTION:The 1st electrode 12 is formed on the 1st face A from one end I to the other end II in both the faces of a piezoelectric porcelain plate 11 in the piezoelectric porcelain vibrating plate 1, the 2nd electrode 13 is formed on the other end II up to the vicinity of one end I in the 2nd face B, and the other end of the 2nd electrode 13 is prolonged to the part without the 1st electrode in the vicinity of the other end II of the 1st face A. Thus, the 2nd face B of the piezoelectric porcelain board 11 is used as pattern parts 51, 52 of the 2nd electrode 13 on the 2nd face B, the other end III of the 2nd electrode 13 on the 2nd face B is in contact with the pattern part 52 and the 1st electrode 12 bypassed onto the 2nd face B is in contact with the pattern part 51, then open defect is avoided.
