Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To receive the service of both systems by one titled device and to simplify the constitution of said device by selecting a CATV signal from a CATV center or a popular television signal received by an antenna by means of the titled information control device. CONSTITUTION:An information control device 13 is installed in a subscriber's house, and a VTR24 and a television set 14 are connected to a video switch 13b of the device 13. This switch 13b is controlled by a communication control part 13d, and a popular television signal from a popular television receiving antenna 25 is added to a contact A of the switch 13b. Then, a CATV receiving signal from a CATV center 10 is processed and added to a contact B by means of a CATV converter 15. Also, the CATV signal and the selection specification of the information desired by the audience out of popular television signals received by the antenna 25 are inputted with the aid of an input device 13a connected to the control part 13d. Thus, services of CATV and popular television systems are received and processed by one unit of the device 13, thereby simplifying the constitution of the device 13.
