Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable continuous supplying of steam of a specified temperature to be performed by a method wherein thermal conduction pipes are arranged in a tank filled with solid thermal accumulation medium, the upper ends of the thermal conduction pipes are connected to the hot steam pipes and the lower ends of the thermal conduction pipes are connected to the low temperature steam pipes. CONSTITUTION:A steam drum 1 is guided to an overheater 2 through a drum pressure control and block valve 3, a thermal accumulator 15 filled with solid thermal accumulation medium is connected to the overheater 2, the thermal accumulator 15 is connected to a de-super heater 20, and an accumulator 4 is connected between the thermal accumulator 15 and the de-super heater 20 in a branch form. A hot steam pipe 11 of a bypass pipe is formed between the overheater 2 and the de-super heater 20, and the flow rate cdontrol valves 16 and 17 for sue in controlling a steam temperature are located at the low temperature steam pipe 12 guided from the thermal accumulator 5 to the de-super heater 20 near a merging point of both pipes 11 and 12. Further, the flow rate control valve 19 is arranged in the water supplying pipe 7 for the super heater 20, and the flow rate control valves 16, 17 and 19 are controlled by a temperature sensing and controlling mechanism 18.
