Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition which is safe as it is and capable of effectively removing a firm coating film in a short time, by compounding a specific aromatic hydrocarbon solvent, a glycol ether, a monoalkanolamine and an amino ether at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) 20-40% aromatic hydrocarbon of formula I, formula II or formula III (R1, R2 and R3 are 1-4C alkyl), (B) 5-30% glycol ether acetate of formula IV (R is 1-4C alkyl or benzyl; X is CH or CHOCH), (C) 0-30% glycol ether of formula R-O-X-OH, (D) 0-40% monoethanolamine or monoisopropanolamine, (E) 2-40% amino ether such as monomethoxypropylamine, monoethoxypropylamine, (F) 0.1-5.0% anionic surfactant, and (G) 0-20% water.
