EXAMPLE:A compound shown by the formula II. USE:An antihalation dye for photographic sensitized material, a sensitizing dyestuff, and a laser dyestuff having high function. Having improved fastness. PREPARATION:A compound shown by the formula III and a compound shown by the formula IV (m is 0 or 1) are subjected to condensation reaction through dehydration.
