Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform painting so as to make a painting film thin stepwise toward a non-painting region without adhering a masking tape, by moving a spray gun in such a state that a visor like covering jig is opposed to a predetermined region. CONSTITUTION:A visor like covering jig 13 is opposed to the predetermined region of a painting member 12 so as to provide a gap between both of them and a spray gun 14 is moved in relative relation to the member 12 in this state. Whereupon, a non-painting region can be formed to the member 12 and the painting film in the vicinity thereof is painted so as to be made thin stepwise toward the non-painting part. This method can be applied to such a case that a thickness is made thin stepwise toward the non-painting region as the self-cleaning coating layer of the ceiling plate of an electronic oven.
