In order to absorb hypochrolite at practical concn., one having water absorption of 0.4cc/g or more, especially, 2cc/g or more is pref. As hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite having available chlorine concn. of 3-7% and containing 1-10wt% of caustic alkali is pref.
