EXCHANGE DEVICE OF FLEXIBLE ANNULAR BELT MEMBER

PURPOSE:To automatize the work exchanging a belt shaped member in a shape of various kinds, by attractively attaching a used flexible annular belt member, wound on a tool housed in a hollow case, to a suction air hole to be carried out and then transferring a belt member to be exchanged in the case to the suction air hole to be attractively attached to the air hole thereafter winding the belt member on a tool to be conveyed. CONSTITUTION:A polishing tool tensely bridging a used sand paper 101 is stored in a device main unit 200 by a conveying means, and the paper 101 is oppositely placed to a suction air hole 202. Next a tension roller 103b, if it is moved in a direction - of X, frees the paper 101 from a tool main unit 102, and if a vacuum source is connected with the suction air hole 202, the paper 101 is attractively attached to the suction air hole 202 to be conveyed outside the device main unit 200 and released from the attraction. And then the next sand paper, being arranged in a position opposed to the suction air hole 202, is attractively attached by connecting the suction air hole 202 with the vacuum source, thereafter a polishing tool is carried into the device main unit 102, and the tool main unit 102, tensely bridging the sand paper by moving the roller 103b in a direction + of X, completes an automatic exchange of the sand paper by releasing it from the attraction to the suction air hole 202.
