Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the occurrence of troubles caused by forgetting to pick up a card after the use of a device, by sending an alarm to a user for a fixed period of time when returning the card after finishing the use. CONSTITUTION:When a card reaches a return slit 4, an adjacent detector 12 detects it, and a signal indicating the existence of the card is transmitted to a controlling circuit 8. After receiving the signal, the circuit 8 flashes a warning lamp and actuates a specified timer 10. In this case, if a user picks up the card while the timer 10 operating, the detector 12 detects it and a signal indicating that the card has been picked up is sent to the circuit 8. Then, the circuit 8 stops the timer 10 and turns off the lamp 5. However, if the user does not pick up the card, the timer stops, the circuit 8 turns off the lamp 5 and the detector 12 stops its operation after a fixed period of time.
