CONSTITUTION:A frictional weld shaft part of a heat shaft part 3 is inserted into an inner rib part b of a bush B when the bush B is welded to a mounting hole H of a case W. A frictional heat occurs between the inner rib part b of a bush B when the frictional weld part is rotated with high speed with a rotary transfer shaft 2 cramped to a chuck Ch of a drilling machine. Therefore, the peripheral part of the softened bush B is welded to the mounting hole H.
