OPERATION CONTROL SYSTEM OF POWER GENERATION PLANT

PURPOSE:To attain the detailed control of the continuation and the safe discontinuation of the power generation plant operation that is replaced when a fault occurs, by controlling a power plant of a complicated and diverse constitution for each hierarchy and block. CONSTITUTION:The propriety states and the working states of the control subjects obtained from control processing stables ASD1A-1E are compared with the ideal states given from an upper control means. If the discordance is detected through said comparison, the control processing tables SSC2A-2E decide an operating program in order to eliminate the discordance. Then an operating program is given to a lower control means to cope with a fault in case the control subject is not normal. When the conditions set before operation re approved to the operating procedure given from the table SSC2E, the control processing tables ADT3a-3D deliver commands to a control processing table W4 and an SETE5 for execution operations. At the same time, the results of operations of the tables W4 and SETW5 are confirmed. Then the control ables W4 and SETW5 send the control outputs to and operating means.
