Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the initial strength and productivity of a curable casting mold by using 1 or >=2 kinds of specific compd. for an acid-setting resin of the compsn. for said casting mold. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. for the casting mold consists of the acid-setting resin and 1 or >=2 kinds of the following compds. a-d: (a) A styrene resin or alpha-methyl styrene resin formed by polymerizing a styrene monomer or alpha-methyl styrene monomer. (b) A cumarone resin formed by copolymerizing a mixture composed of cumarone, indene and styrene. (c) A mixture composed of 100pts.wt. unstd. polyester formed by esterification of a dicarboxylic acid component consisting essentially of fumaric acid or maleic acid and ethylene oxide or propylene oxide addition product of 2,2-bis(4'-oxyphenyl)propane{bisphenol A} and 0- 30pts.wt. styrene. (d) A liquid polybutadiene resin or liquid polybutene resin formed by polymerizing a butadiene monomer or butane/butene monomer mixture is used.
