MICROWAVE FEEDING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To attain optionally the synthesis and reproduction of both electromagnetic waves at an output terminal by inputting both the input waves while their electric field faces are made orthogonal. CONSTITUTION:The two incident electromagnetic waves are made incident while their electric field faces are made orthogonal. When both the frequency and phase of the electromagnetic waves are different, the electromagnetic wave 1a is reflected by a corner post 5 provided in parallel with an electric field vector 3c and outputted as the electromagnetic wave having an electric field vector 3c. Similarly, as to the electromagnetic wave 2c, it is outputted as the electromagnetic wave having an electric field vector 3d through the action of a coner post 6. On the other hand, when the electromagnetic waves 1a, 2c having the same frequency and phase are inputted to input terminals 1, 2, they are subject to vector synthesis and the result is outputted from the iutput terminal 3.
