Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To form an image having high sensitivity and contrast and less tendency to generate fog by developing photosensitive materials composed of silver chloride contg. dihydroxybenzene etc. as a main component with a developer contg. specific concns. of an indazole compd. and a sulfite. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive materials are prepared by compounding a silver halide contg. >=60mol% silver chloride with a developing agent of dihydroxybenzene such as hydroquinone. The developer is prepared by adding an indazole compd. shown by the formula (wherein R1 is a nitro group; R2 is a hydrogen atom and an alkyl group; M is a hydrogen atom and an alkaline metal etc.) such as 5-nitroindazole with the developing agent of dihydroxybenzene etc. so as to be in concns. of >=60mg/l the indazole compd. and >=0.3mol/l the sulfite. Since the photosensitive materials are developed with the developer having an improved stability, the image having high contrast is rapidly formed. |
