Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate a noise during a fixing operation and facilitate a fixing or removing operation by a method wherein a fixing cylinder part is arranged at an opening part of a duct and connected to a branch duct through a clamp removably attached to the fixing fitting. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 9A of a fixing 9 is inserted into a circular opening of a duct 1 and then fixed to the duct with a bending tool 16 such as a pliers. At the bending position, V-shaped groove is formed in advance. Then, an engaging part 10A of a removable or attacheable fitting 10 is inserted into a fixing annular part 9C of the fixing fitting 9, the connecting annular part 9C and the engaging fitting 10A are connected by a clamp fitting 11. A branch duct 2 is fixted to a projection 10B-1 of the removable or attacheable fitting 10 with a hose band 15, resulting in making a duct branch pipe fixing device.
