Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the heat efficiency and to enhance the economy by constituting the front side of an evaporation surface of an insulator, forming a resistance film on the rear side of the surface, and passing an electric current through the film to heat the surface. CONSTITUTION:A liquid to be treated is introduced from an inlet 9, and supplied onto an evaporation surface 8a through a supply tube 10. The surface is rotated by a driving shaft 7, and an electric current is passed through a resistance thin film 13 which is formed on the rear side of the evaporation surface 8a to heat the surface 8a. Vapor is drawn out from a fraction outlet 11, and the remaining liquid is discharged from an outlet 12.
