VENTILATING CONSTRUCTION OF VALVE WATER WHEEL GENERATOR

PURPOSE:To prevent air from leaking out of the outer diameter side to the inner diameter side and not to need a separately arranged fan, by a method wherein a cylindrical partition plate dividing a case interior in an axial direction from a frame unit on the stator side to the end face of a rotor is provided and a ventilation flue is divided into the outside and inside. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical partition plate 10 dividing a case 1 interior in an axial direction is provided so that cooling air carried through an air cooler 7 may be introduced into a rotor center. A rotary ring 14 confronting to the end face of the partition plate 10 is provided at the end of the rotor center, and a packing 13 is inserted into a space between the tip of the partition plate 10 and the rotary ring 14. And a fan 15 preventing air from flowing in the opposite direction is provided in a radial from at the end of a rotor 4b and on the outer diameter side of the rotary ring 14. As the result, the leakage of cooling air through a coil end chamber 11 to a rotor center inlet section 12 is extremely reduced and separately arranged fans cannot be needed.
