Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved electrical conductivity, processing properties and mechanical properties, high industrial value, obtained by blending an aromatic polycarbonate resin with carbon black having length of crystal >=a specific value and an alicyclic epoxy compound. CONSTITUTION:(A) An aromatic polycarbonate resin is blended with (B) 5- 30wt%, preferably 7-20wt% carbon black having >=35Angstrom , preferably >=40Angstrom length of crystal,
