GLASS FRAME TO BE MOVED AT ITS LENS FRAME FOR PROGRESSIVE MULTI-FOCUS LENSES

PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of a trouble and to handle easily the titled lens frame by sliding a lens frame vertically without fixing the lens frame to sidepieces and automatically providing the lens frame with a proper inclined angle. CONSTITUTION:The lens frame 1 is fixed to the sidepieces 2. A magnet 9 is arranged on the lower part of an inclined-V shape-like body 5 or the lower part of the inside of an engaging groove 7 and one end or the whole of a cylindrical supporting body 6 or a tongue-like supporting body 8 of the other sidepiece is formed by a magnet. When the lens frame 1 is pushed up without removing the glasses from the face, the lens frame 1 can be smoothly moved because there exists play in the connection between the lens frame 1 and the sidepieces 2. Since the whole lenses 1 are moved in the glass frame without the movement of fine parts such as the movement of a noise piece or the sidepieces, the generation of troubles is suppressed and the handling can be made easy.
