Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a vibration-damping material composed of a lightly expanded urethane elastomer foam capable of effectively damping the oscillation under high load, by mixing a specific polyol mixture, a polyisocyanate, a chain extender, a foaming agent and a catalyst under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:The objective material is composed of a lightly expanded urethane elastomer foam containing urethane bond, having a bulk density of 0.4- 0.75g/cm and obtained from the stock liquid of urethane elastomer foam composed of (A) a polyether polyol containing 2.5-4.5 functional groups and having a molecular weight of 2,000-3,500, (B) a vinyl monomer graft polyol containing 2.5-4.0 functional groups and having a grafting ratio of 4-20wt%, (C) a liquid polybutadiene polyol containing 2.0-3.0 functional groups and having a molecular weight of 2,000-7,000, (D) a polyisocyanate, (E) a chain extender, (F) a foaming agent, and (G) a urethanization catalyst, wherein the NCO index of the material is 90-110, and the amount of the component E is 0.3X10-1.5X10mol/g based on the components A-E. |
