Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To effectively remove malodor by a simple treating process and to enable the regeneration of an additive after use while making it possible to use an activated humic substance as a soil conditioner at last, by contacting a malodor with a liquid activated humic substance before contacting the same with a solid activated humic substance. CONSTITUTION:The malodor from an excretion treatment plant and a fish factory or the malodor 2 at the time of the preparation of org. fertilizer is sent to a first deodorizing tank 3 and contacted with an activated humic substance solution B1, which was prepared by adding allophane clay mineral to an aqueous extract of a powdery activated humic substance, to collect volatile basic components such as NH3 and amines in the malodor. Subsequently, the malodor is sent to a second deodorizing tank 6 and contacted with a first packing layer C prepared by mixing an iron powder, FeSO4 or Fe2(SO4)3 with a solid activated humic substance to adsorb are remove H2S and sulfur-containing volatile components are further passed through a second packing layer D, wherein activated carbon was mixed with an activated humic substance, as a safe measure. Next, the oxidation odor of the activated humic substance is removed by water or an alkali aqueous solution E to be exhausted to the open air. |
